What is Computer?

Computer is Electronic data processing machine. It is designed and organized to automatically accept input data, store and process the data, and produce output results. It works under the direction of a detailed stored program of instructions.

A Computer is an electronic device that takes information in the form of raw data, manipulates it with the help of instructions on how the data to be processed and finally gives desired output.

‘Data’  is information in a form that a computer can understand.

‘Instructions’ are a set of commands given to a computer to perform a task.
